Development of ELT in Nepal: An Overview

English language teaching (ELT) journey in Nepal needs to be explored from its historical perspective as there is only few literature available this area. In respect, a need of analysing development ELT various dimensions chronological order. Therefore, paper aims at presenting an overview the terms policies and practices reviewing collected different sources. After data, research claims that has been integral part education system nursery tertiary level subject and/or medium instruction throughout history. Furthermore, trends seem continue both quantity quality future due increasing use multiple sectors.
